Stop the school of war crimes

Once again, the Sri Lankan military are putting on a seminar with the aim of perpetrating the "Sri Lanka Model" - the Sri Lankan method of committing war crimes and getting away with it.
Britain and the USA have pulled out of previous seminars under pressure. Lets make them do it again.

Yet now we hear at least nineteen nations will be attending a three day seminar "under the theme “Towards Lasting Peace and Stability” from 8 August 2012 to 10 August 2012".
History tells us that these conferences are cynical political stunts, not genuine attempts at dialogue. They serve to whitewash the reputation of, Gotabhaya Rajapaska - a brutal autocrat against whom there are significant allegations of war crimesand to deepen the Sri Lankan military's control of the reconcilliation process in Sri Lanka and so sideline civilan efforts.

This is how he talks to journalists:

That tirade was aimed at a journalist investigating a story that he had flown a jumbo jet to Switzerland to pick up a puppy.
And this is how he referred to a British Nurse on allegations of rapes in the IDP camps
"Now, she says that there had been all these alleged rape and murder and all these things. Now she is one person who will get attracted by soldiers...because she is so different from others. I want to know whether she was raped...Now she is talking about rape, when she was safe...a person so attractive...safely came into this area was in IDP camp?"
